I have been an advocate for mental health since completing my Life Coaching certification nearly 7 years ago! I love speaking at schools and public events to bring a new focus to mental health awareness. I feel it is important to normalize this conversation from a young age! Children have identifiable stressors that can be managed.
I offer Art Therapy for children inside and outside of the classroom. Movement is a natural part of learning. Happy children experience learning outside in nature.
